I Love Whiteboards!
In case you didn't already know this, in our planning and problem solving, we LOOOOVE whiteboards! We love them soo much that in every room in our office, we have at least one wall that is an entire whiteboard.
The funny thing is that while I always knew it was fun to use an entire wall to design a process, solve a challenge, or connect dots, I hadn't fully realized the impact those walls would have in our collaborative sessions. When we meet with groups of people, there's something amazing about being able to grab a pen and begin writing and ideating in such a way that everyone can see it. We all take notes on paper and even share them, but it's just not the same as everyone seeing them.
So what's the point of this writing? (That's what John is trying to figure out in this photo!) There kinda isn't one. Ha! Think I just wanted to give you a glimpse of my world, how my mind works, and the types of people that I work well with. It's not the ones with all the answered all polished up in a presentation; I work with the people that are showing up with the questions that need to be considered.
If you want to work with me; I'll rarely show up expecting to have the answers; however, more often than not, I'll have a keen sense for what questions need to be asked. Without the right questions, there's no point in expecting the answers to work.
Sound fun? That's because it is! An afternoon on a full whiteboard is incredibly productive, satisfying, and generates results. Want to give it a shot? Of course you do! Come hang out with us for open-thought afternoons on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays, or if you want a session more focused on your or your business, contact us and we'll get something scheduled!
